Terms & Conditions for Returns

• Returns cannot be processed for reasons of personal preference, such as choosing the wrong size, disliking the color, or simply changing your mind. Please read the product description and size details carefully before placing your order.
• An unboxing video covering the package from start to finish is required.
• Returns must be requested no later than one day (H+1) after the package is received.
• Please ensure the product tags and labels are still attached and have not been removed.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or carry any scent or fragrance cannot be exchanged or returned.
• If the return terms and conditions are not fully met, the return cannot be processed.
• Return or exchange shipping costs will be covered by us if the error was on our side.
• The return process takes a maximum of 14 working days.
